Who can use the Total Gym?

The Total Gym® FIT has a User weight limit of 204kg – so anyone who fits this criterion can use it, from ages 8 years to 80 years! You simply raise the incline to increase resistance and lower it to reduce resistance.

Do I need to assemble the Total Gym?

No. The Total Gym arrives fully assembled and sets up in minutes with a 5-step easy setup. No tools are required. Folds for easy storage.

What is the weight of a Total Gym?

The Total Gym FIT weighs 29.9kg and the Apex weighs 24kg. Both models have roller end-caps at the foot end of the frame that make moving the Total Gym easier

What are the dimensions of the Total Gym?

When folded out for use the TG FIT measures 237.5cm long when at the lowest resistance level. As you increase the incline the length shortens. At its widest point the TG FIT frame measures 48cm. The height is 113cm. The TG Apex is 236cm long at Level 1 and 39cm at the widest point of the frame.

What is the size of the Glide-board platform?

The TG Fit measures 43.4cm wide at its widest point x115cm long. The TG Apex measures 38cm at its widest point x 114cm long.
